We've kept this short and honest on purpose. If a lawyer needs to expand it later, they will — but it will still say what it means.

Said plainly: Everytry is an early, actively-developed product. It's free right now. Things may change, break, or improve quickly. Don't rely on it as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.

What Everytry is

Everytry helps you document your job search by turning emails you forward into a timestamped, tamper-evident record. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any particular outcome in a legal, benefits, or court proceeding — it provides documentation that you can choose to use as evidence.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an Everytry account.
You must provide a real, working email address to sign up.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must be the person forwarding your own emails — don't forward someone else's private correspondence without their knowledge.

What we provide, honestly

We built this in the open about what's real and what isn't. As of this writing: email forwarding capture and PDF export (a timestamped record with a hash-chain integrity statement) are both live. Gmail/Outlook auto-capture and a browser extension are planned but not yet built. We won't advertise a feature as working before it actually is.

Acceptable use

Don't use Everytry to store or forward anything illegal, harmful, or belonging to someone else without their consent.
Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.
Don't use the service to harass, defame, or falsely accuse any employer or individual.

No warranty, early-stage product

Everytry is provided "as is," while actively being built. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we can't promise it will be perfect, always available, or free of bugs — especially at this early stage. Please don't treat it as your sole backup of anything you can't afford to lose.

Calculated and derived data — qualifying-hours tracking

Some features, such as qualifying-hours compliance tracking, calculate a result based on the information you provide (for example, whether your logged hours meet a program's threshold). These calculations are provided as an informational aid to help you understand and organize your own effort — they are not a certified, official, or guaranteed determination of your eligibility for any benefit, program, or legal requirement. Only the agency or program administering your benefits can make that determination. A calculation shown by Everytry may be incomplete, may not reflect a recent change to program rules, or may not account for every factor an official reviewer would consider. Features in this category may be labeled "Beta" while they remain under active development; treat any such labeled feature with additional caution and verify anything important directly with your caseworker or program administrator.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we'll tell you directly, not just edit this page quietly.

You can stop using Everytry and request deletion of your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
